We were upgraded to a larger apartment, with a balcony and a lovely view of the lagoon and pool. Water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen was well equipped and the inclusion of a dishwasher was nice. We were given a bed linen and towel change halfway through the week, which we didn't expect but was appreciated. I had asked for an accessible room, (a lift or ground floor access, instead of stairs) and this was provided. The location is perfect- only a few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The larger pool is sunny and has a good quantity of sunlounges. Air-conditioning was effective and throughout the apartment.

Modern, clean, quiet, and secure. Awesome heated pool. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen with most cooking facilities. Would stay again. Management replaced an older model tv (first generation streaming circa 2015) with a brand spanking new smart tv after a week of frustration. Read below for the rest of the story.

Highly recommend this exceptional property. The Manager, Brian works hard to ensure the grounds & facilities are clean, maintained & in pristine condition. Blue Lagoon is an excellent location, with convenient parking, a short walk to Trinity Beach & a selection of restaurants. The staff are professional, helpful & kind, especially John, Joleen & Stacey. The pool is very clean with a view of the Lagoon. Loved my experience here & recommend Canadians spend your money here not Florida. The Aussies are wonderful, share our Values & appreciate you more than Florida! Carol Murphy, Canada 🇨🇦

facilities were adequate, the pool and lagoon were great to either sit in or ponder and watch the world go by. The grounds were well maintained. The resort is very well situated to restaurants and the beach. Supplies provided were adequate and additional supplies were closely available. Some exceptional restaurants and bakeries are only a short stroll away.

location was great out of the city but very close to travel to, Pool just out our door was great, and room was all we needed , clean, comfortable bed, was a short walk to the beach and restaurants, Staff were very helpful. would love to come back one day.

Fantastic apartment equipped with a well stocked kitchen full of utensils. Comfortable mattress, nice sized room and dining area. This apartment must be privately owned, it had lots of little extras which made our stay more comfortable.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the main pool. The apartment had everything we needed for our 6 night stay including a full oven and washing machine and dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was heated enough to take the chill off the water and had plenty of loungers around it to sit and soak up the wonderful sunshine. Location was within walking distance to Trinity Beach, restaurants and even the local bus service to Cairns.

The room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The resort location was close to shops and restaurants. The pools were amazing, especially having a heated pool. Large balcony with dining table, overlooking the pool and trees was stunning! Was close to Cairns for sightseeing activities and drives to more southern locations.

Serene surrounds. Walking distance to the beach. Close to restaurants and bus stop. Room amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchenette. Clean pool. Staff Bridget and Jolene were efficient, friendly, courteous and helpful in making our booking for the Kuranda Scenic Railway. Our relaxed holiday felt like a home away from home. Loved our stay at Blue Lagoon. The facilities and location was perfect. So close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed for 6 nights and plenty of room for the family. Only downfall is we should have booked a room with 2 bathrooms and it would be nice to get a change of towels if staying for a certain duration of time without charge. So close to drive up to Palm Cove and Port Douglas. Otherwise we would recommend the property and definitely hoping to come back in the future.
